how easy is it to do on a 99 corsa sport? an how do you take out the smaller radiator thing under the scuttle panel does it come out a wheel arch or threw the top only had a quick look today.
an is it possible to fit a early type washer bottle in the place under scuttle panel when it's removed or do you still need to leave the polen filter bit in for the normal matrix?

the a/c is a potchy job, need to get the system drained or empty it yourself if your out doors..you have to change the alternator belt to one without a/c, you wil have to take your rad out to get the a/c rad out, and obviously take the a/c pump off which is a fair lump. think thats it?

you can get a fixed penalty off up to 5000 pounds if i remeber correctly for letting aircon gas into the atmosphere,
if you go to a garage they should remove it from your system for free as they are getting your gas!
if you didnt want to do that you could just get a sharp handsaw and cut a vaery small gash in the low pressure pipe and then in the high pressure pipe, (making sure you wear gloves and googles as the stuff stains!)
leave it for half hour to drain out making sure you are WELL AWAY from it!
some of the old stuff is very bad for you if you breath it in, stuff sits in the bottom of your lungs and you cant get rid of it!
so i would just take it to get de-gased,
after than the hacksaw is your friend as its all ally
