You'll struggle to get reliable freeview on an indoor aerial buddy

If they won't let you drill a hole for cabling, then buy a MASSIVE cable, and go round the edge of rooms, under carpet, and over door frames.
You will be getting absolute crap signal on a freeview box with an indoor ariel, if any at all.

Just drill a hole somewhere that can be easily covered up

Get an aerial and chuck it in the loft, poke the cable through your ceiling and into the back of your telly
When you move out, just wang some pollyfilla in the hole and job done

It totally depends on the area whether a cheap indoor one will work or not, they work fine if the signal is good enough.

I saw some decent looking ones in Asda the other day. They had several actually all for sub £20.
