Not really sure what the actual problem is but when I press the brake the car/pedal vibrates and struggles to slow the car even when im using the gears.

so far ive changed the disks, pads, shoes, wishbone, trackrod end, and balljoint and it worked for a few hundred miles buts has started shaking again.

any ideas?

Partially siezed caliper or caliper slider. Dependant on how long ago you changed the discs and pads you may have warped them again also

Has the car got ABS? If so, I didn't think it was possible to warp the discs?

And I've got the same problem as you've described - even going slowly when braking, the steering wheel goes side to side and rumbles like a bastard. Used to happen with old brakes but even when I changed them over to the new ones it happened as soon as I went in the car.
