what are the chances this removing the paint and leaving marks?

is it only on the earlier models etc or all models?

Chances are 5/10

There is no set pattern. just be careful,and stick back on if you need too

I have always used a heatgun personally to debadge and de rubstrip, and have done 2 cars like this. Hairdryer would have same effect,but obviously take a little while longer, and just peel it back slowly

I just pulled them off and then used a fudge wheel. It didnt mark the paint or peel any paint off.

What i did was, get your kettle and fill it, boil it, pour it along the side of your car, then get a credit card and start wedging it between the paint and the bumpstrips. Then just pull it off whilst pouring in the boiling water, came off real easy with no problems. Just left the white mark so going to put them back on haa.
