Hiya,

probably a really silly question! but i have a corsa sport, but every time i get into my car there is condensation inside, and in the colder nights ice on my windscreen on the inside

i have thought of door seals etc i have checked all of the carpets and everything is dry!

but would anything else be causing it and is there anyway of stopping it from icing over ?

thanks in advance!

i got told if you car mats are wet from when your feet on them that may cause this to happen and if the car is hot from having your heaters on it causes condensation on the windows then once it gets cold it will freeze and make ice inside

I have this on my 57 Corsa D. Had the seals re-done but still doin it. I've been told its to do with the pollen filter if you have one, but I don't know where its located. Anyone?

It's also just down to the materials used in certain cars too. All Corsa's; B, C & D that myself and my parents have owned have had excessive condensation in compared to other cars.

My B is awful atm but then thats because it's missing a bung between the engine bay and the cabin, and the rear window needs sealing

My corsa b is same, leave car running on drive with footwell heater on full blast for an hour or 2 with windows opened slightly, got rid of most of the damp in my car!
