Started my new job a while back
I need to send sms as well as emails
we're all using outlook, how difficult would it be to set up and sms service, so I could just copy and paste the phone numbers into my outlook and send?

If you're on Exchange then there are add-ins available to do this. Otherwise find an SMS Gateway supplier to save any hassle.

Never actually done it, I just remember from a while back when I had an idea for something that that's how you could do it. When I was looking you would send an email to 07XXXXXXXXX@smsgateway.xxx and they would send the SMS for you, for a fee.
