i have been looking around for software but there is so many which one is best (please link)

im on 4.3.2 (i think)

any info and help would be mint

also once jailbroke which software will i be able to use to play movies e.g. VLC player

Iv updated to the latest 4.3.3 two weeks ago and jailbroke using red sn0w. If you look back a few pages theres been a few recent threads regarding jailbreaking software and tutorials

Just update to 4.3.3 first and use this guide http://www.zipadblog.com/2011/05/06/how-to-jailbreak-ipad-4-3-3-with-redsn0w-tutorial/
I mean you can jailbreak on 4.3.2 but your better off updating and jailbreaking.

ok another question i downloaded some films and want them on the ipad (once jailbroken) i heard you just drag into VLC PLAyer

Yeah just download the VLC player app then when you connect to itunes, click on the ipad then the apps tab then at the bottom it will have vlc player and just lets you choose files to add (avi and such)
