Well thats the advert now live as of today. Pretty nervous about the whole thing tbh as its a massive change and will no doubt be stressful as hell It'll be worth it tho as I bought the flat purely to make money on it which I will.
Just on the look out for a nice 3/4bed detached house now.
Here's the ad if anyones wants a peek.

The pic with the car is the back of the house. The one with the Ochil Hills is the front view. Its one of the best views in central scotland imo lol.

Very modern and well decorated, the only thing I can see wrong with it is possibly the cupboards in the first bedroom and how the towel rack under the bathroom sink goes into the wall as opposed to the base of the holder. That's just being picky though.
Minus the power lines, that view is
If you don't mind me asking, how much profit do you stand to make at the asking price?

Hoping for just over £30k clear profit all going well.
Got my first viewing tomorrow. Not to shabby after only being on a day.

That's some profit, even if it took a year to do that one place it'd still be impressive.
Equivalent to a £40,000 taxable wage

There the agents pics mate, one of the main reason we went with Clyde is the fact they actually use a decent camera.
The transformer is at the rear of the house so you don't notice it. Its the main line which powers the whole street so I was just unlucky that it was placed there
Got another 2 viewings this week already so fingers crossed.

Not going to comment on price as many do on posts like these! Photographs look great, the whole property looks of a high standard. Good luck with sale.
