hello , my friend has a corsa c , and its struggling to selected 1st and 2nd , it seems to be a small plastic linkage which is the problem , he has heard somewhere that you can get an uprated metal one ? does anyone know if this is true ? and also where to find them ?

Yeah vauxhall do the metal ones. Go to a dealer, can usually get them off eBay too.
