i been trying to get a credit card and my credit ratingis so poor i been refused i am on a Debt Relief Order still in place till next month and got ccj on report is there any way to improve my credit rating.

Probably not that much you can do with those on your record other than give it time and make sure that every bill you have in the mean time is paid off on time

Did you not have red writing until recently.
Why are you trying to get a credit card if you clearly don't deserve to have any credit?
Also wrong section unless you were looking for a way to hack your credit rating.

You could try with places like Vanquis or Capital One - if you get refused by them, get a better paying job and start saving for things instead.
