Hi ive got a binding noise coming from the front drivers side of my car.It started after i hit some standing water really hard.The noise sounds like the drive shaft is catching on something but goes away when i apply the brakes and gets more freqent with engine speed the only thing i can find is when i spin the disc it catches the pads on a quater of the discs could this be the problem.Thanks
