Anybody else have these? Mine were all cleaned and stopped for about a day but now they're back worse than ever. Anyone managed to find a cure for it?

mine squeak as well i think this is quite common vauxhalls. Especially in the summer.

its a build up of braek dust as far as im aware.

Yeah, as chris said, a build up of break dust, either that or lacking a bit of grease in the pad backing plate and slides.

mine do it too... but if i brake a little harder the effect goes away

Yeh only seems to be on light braking, happens with mine too...

Yep, mine too. Seems that light braking 'glazes' the discs which can also make 'em squeak. Just calls for some more hard braking......

Agree with XTC113. How can dust squeel? It's probably the pads/shims resonating. A bit of Coppaslip behind the pads works wonders....even stops the bits being awkward to remove at a later date.

take pads out a rub them down with some emory cloth and clean calipers this will get rid of it

i put copper grease behind my pads after cleaning them up sorted em out nicely

They were taken off and cleaned and greased in aronld clark then 2 days after gettin it back it started again. My pals clio does the same and the copper grease only lasted on his for a few days 2. There must be some way of stopping it permanently.
