As above, having trouble printing off an insurance certificate. When i do what i normally do, the printer just pulls through the paper, makes the noises like its printing, but the paper comes out blank.
The obvious thing would be the ink, but its not low (have printed off other things to make sure) and its not showing as low.
At 1st i thought maybe the document might be dodgy, but have had them email it over another 2 times, and it still dosn't work.
After i click print, the progress bar pops up on the screen, then disappears, then it starts printing, but dosn't actually print anything.

is it on USB cable?
Check the cable for damage / knots in the cable, can stop the flow of information.

Is it an inkjet printer? If so, try cleaning the heads and doing a test page print (software that comes with it normally tells you what you need to do).

Not sure, i know its a Kodak. Think it could be inkjet.
It wasn't working, was trying for ages, so tried printing off something else, and it worked, then went back to print off the document, and it still didn't work.
Deffo something to do with the file, and not the printer.

Is it a PDF?
Are you trying to print it from within a web browser or in the standalone Adobe Reader app?

Yes its a PDF.
I just go into my email, open the PDF, go to print. I think it opens it up in Adobe.
My old man was having a look the night, and he's tried it on another programme and its saying its a corupt file.

Look within the print options and click a box that says something like 'print as image'. Think its under advanced settings just after you click print.
