Was driving down a dual carridgeway last night and as I approched the traffic lights they were flashing amber. I'm sure they changed red by the time I had crossed the line and now I wondering if the camera flashed me or not ?? Am I right in thinking all fixed cameras have been switched off in the west mids ??? How long does it usually take to receive a notice and does 3 points affect your insurance much.

If they were flashing amber they would go to green next.

If it flashed you, you'd know about it, you'd be seeing purple lol!
Assuming it wasn't one tht doesn't flash.
