When i use Nero express to burn an audio cd as i select a file to add it says out of memory and stops responding, the PC is fine but the program wont work, there is an executable called IMAPI.exe that i think may have something to do with it????????????

i thought maybe that but the PC is pretty new, 2GHz, with 256Meg of RAM, think the comp has its knickers in a twist, it used to work and then just packed up.

Try closeing some applications down that you have started up when Windows loads. You should be able to close these by right clicking over the icons next to your clock on the taskbar. If you cant find any Close or Exit Commands in the Menus then hold down Ctrl, Alt and the the Delete button and then close them down from the Windows Task Manager. Hope this helps!!!

Another thing you could try is to download the latest version of Nero 5 and then put your serial number in. This is perfectly legal as you have already bought a legal copy of Nero 5. PLEASE NOTE: the serial number for Nero 6 is diffrent to Nero 5.
