The pads might just be bedding in.

Did you clean out the calipers from grit before you fitted the pads, it could be grit making the noise, i have this prob just now too, and mine have been in for 3 weeks about, i was told that it has something to do with the frequency of the pads or some crap, just have to live with it.

Use cooper grease in the back of the pads, it will stop squealing

some pads just squeal, Mintex 1144's are a bugger for it!
You can try 'blu goo' on the back of them to quiet them or just lots of copper grease...

I've got mintex 1144's in my wilwoods and they squeal loads, always at low speeds. I put it down to the calipers not having any anti rattle mechanisms, maybe its the pads.
I tried copper grease, but what is blu goo?
