i've just fitted my janspeed cat back zorst to my car and the bit of the zorst that goes over the rear axle is constantly touching, and the middle box is hanging down...
what have i done wrong ? all the mounts line up, the back box sits properly.
im very pissed off, have to take the day off work to get it fixed tomorrow if i don't get n e where

lol.......yeah, take it to some where like Central tyre/Nationwide/National etc and just explain to the bloke wot happened.
smaller places are generally better. ie: Kwik fit wudnt touch my car coz it had been "modified". They said this after taking one glimpse at the outside. Pricks.
Give a few places a bell first, just to save the effort. But make it clear u want it done "on the side".....not a full zaust system fitted or nowt!!

another thing, is it normal to cut the centre pipe off in order to fit a cat back system?
i suppose it is cause the cats built into the pipe

better not be, worried that i cut it too short and not enuff of the OE pipe is inside the janspeed, zorst place can fabricate a little extension if need be can't they?
when i turned it to move it, it was popping like a bitch, once it warmed up it quitened down, don't think its right.

yeah i'm sure they can sort it all out. But have a little word with em first, if u know wot i mean.
My bro got central tyre in edgware to fit his De-cat and full magnex system to his pug, and they only charged him £30.
Its piece of mind, coz they used all new gaskets, sealing rings etc.

they said the janspeed clamps didn't tighten the zorst together enough, causing to sag down
