Hi,
At the moment i have an Alpine Type R sub and a Apline V12 M300 mono amp, I am looking to up grade this but i am not to sure what to go for.
Which one would be better?
Another Type R sub both run by an Alpine V12 m500 amp
or
Another Type R sub and amp the same as what i have now, with one M300 amp running the one sub and the other M300 amp running the other.
Hope this make sense 
Any help would be much appriciated

different amps, the alpine is a tad weak.
What type r do u have, the 1*41D 2 x 4 ohm??
If so, get another and a directed 600d amp and wire them to 1 ohm. Then sell your mrd-m300.

Yeh its the SWR 1241D 4 ohm type r sub, would the M500 be powerfull enough to run 2 subs and be louder than the set up i have now?
