drilling airbox due to airfilter giving me serious flat spots!!! im goin to drill 10 holes in my airbox is this to many or the opposite>>>

drill as many as u can about 4mm away from each other below the filter line on the arch side and then i think its either underneath away from engine bay or in front but not sure someone will know...

I did mine with a 10mm drill piece and drilled about 30 - 40 holes

I got a saw and cut the bottom left corner off it (as you look at it in the engine bay. then attached some hose down to fornt of the arch liner.
this is because it's the furthest point from the engine so the air is less likely to be warm, gives an impressa type sounds to the induction, drill lots of holes isn't the way forward.

Finshed actually sounds better + the car doesnt feel flat!!! when it hit 3000revs its quite a nice deep sound!!! i prefere this to air filters any day
