A std replacement from your local motorfactors. LUK is the normal suppiler, they're meant to give about 10% better grip over the std GM item, it's what regal etc.. sell as an uprated one, is just a £50extra price std replacement one.

Just go to your local motorfactos, then you can check it's what you want and saves lots of postage issues and cost.
LUK is the way forward

get a sachs.... i have one on the c16... seems fine appart from oil p1ssing al over it but thats a different storey....... about 100 quid

If you're lucky you can get an AP as a std replacement one, Richie did last yr when I fitted his new clutch, not bad for £28.

a mate of mine has an ebc clutch nothin special and its wicked u can realy pull away from lights quick or just gental driving it loves it both
