Steering wheel is shaking as soon as the car hits 50 and not daring to go any faster than this.
What could it be? wheel balancing and tracking have been checked? car was ok on previous wheels, but i just dont believe that its a fault with the alloys.
is it the alloys fault or is it down to something else?

Could be something as minor as tyre pressures but I'd also check the tracking and balancing.

not for me, so i cant check anything but cheers for the help lads. tracking and balacing have been checked so not these.
tyre pressure could be the kiddy. i was also thinking, im not sure whther or not they are being help on with the same bolts as used when their were steelies on the car. arnt these bolts shorter, so the wheel could actually be loose?
