Where can I get hold of the little plugs that go over the smaller crankcase breather pipe on an XE engine?
I've seen a couple on engines using twin carbs/throttle bodies - the larger is vented to a catch tank, the smaller is blocked off.

I've seen half a dozen blocked off, Matt H's included.
Isn't yours blocked off too?
It will still be able to breathe, through the larger of the two pipes.
I'll also get my ace mechanic to modify the underside of the crankcase with the breather mod plate.

you can jsut gt a small off cut of pipe for it and then pack it out with RTV inside, or just leave it,
no thad any issues with it left open.

If it's left open, won't you get bits of crap coming out of the breather? Or stinking oil vapour?
It's bad enough venting the larger pipe to atmos. with a breather filter poked out to the front of the engine bay, it would really stink in the cabin with the other one left open.
What's RTV? I've seen others use what looks like snug-fitting caps - not a packed out pipe.
Ace mechanic? The guys at Kwik-Fit of course!
