Bit of help needed, using some software for an exam tomorrow if you can help me with these below your a star, im not to sure been a while
Assume 2's Complement using 8 bit quantities is in use
Q1) Enter the 2's complement of the following binary number

Q2)Enter the decimal value of the following number 11111001 again using 2's complement 8 bit quantities is in use
