Hi,
Seen it a few times just laterly and was just wondering how you go about polishing up the inlet manifold on a 1.6 16v engine?
The main thing that baffles me is losing the horrible rough coating that is on it just now....is it just a mtter of sanding down? sand blasting?

sand it down using different grades of wet & dry paper til its smooth, and then polish it using a metal polish
or use a buffing wheel in a dremel like multi tool?
