i pluged my car in two laptop and came up with this fault, egr vavle my question is

1) how much are they
2) are they easy to fit
3) will the orange light go off on its own once the new egr has been fitted

1. Not sure on price

2. Can be a bastard to fit, i think you need to take off the top manifold and then the throttle body. I'm sure someone will confirm

3. The light should go off.

i had bother with the egr on my 1.6 I pulled the plug out and it sorted it out. Other than that im sure they can be blanked off. Oh and they are mega money from vaux

will that get the light off the dash aswell is it safe to do this

ive just taken mine off will cleaning it help or once its gone its gone???
