Head gaskets don't wear out and break like bearings or other similar parts. They will pretty much last the life of the engine in a Corsa so long as the engine is used sensibly, kept well serviced and not allowed to over heat.

You do not own a corsa 2.5 v6 , judging by your posts your less than 16 years old ?

im one of them peolpe if some one has posted right good reply i think thats good like everyone else will do but when you see a clever reply you think what a prick
