[color=Black]Hello, I am wanting to convert my diesel corsa over to a C20XE. i know its a lot of work and i know most of you will probably say just buy another car etc, but the shell is so clean and i want to do it.
What i would like to know is, Which bits will i need to source from a petrol corsa for the conversion? So far i have heard i will need
- New Tank
- Fuel lines
- Clock unit
Any other things i will need?

I think right hand mount is different position from petrol corsa !

For a moment there i thought you ment you wanted to turn ur XE into a diesel!

you may have to weld a mount in place on the drivers chasis leg..
also trying to get an engine management light could be difficult as the petrol loom and diesel loom are different.. as diesel dont have diagnostics, but this can easily be overcome.. if u go ahead with the conversion come back to me and ill give u all the details..

Get a 1.7td instead just plug and play  intercooler and some fuel mods in tutorial and y will be fast as an xe 
actually here are faster !!

Thanks for the advice people, I think i will probably go for the TD route for now seem as its a straight swap. What car should i get a 1.7td engine out of? Do you think the newer 1.7td in the astra Gs etc would fit?

If i did go about it, i would probaby source a petrol loom to make life easier lol

use a cavalier or astra ,kadette and vectra they are the same and use the isuzu unit they are better and faster
