My iPod Videos battery has been dodgy i.e. dont seem to get as long as I should from the battery and it when fully charged I could listen to one album then sleep the iPod, go back to it the next day and the battery was strangely flat.
Anyway, took it into the Apple store in the Bham Bullring centre today, they just gave me a brand new one straight off the shelf (mine was still under warranty) So now the only ball ache is transferring the 4650 tunes I had on the damn thing now!
They were extremely helpful in there, I thought it was going to have to be sent off and allsorts but they made it very straightforward and I left a happy bunny.
