Right im a computer loser... Mine is so slow..... im thinking on restarting it from scratch but i dont wanna lose my photos, music files, videos etc.

What do i have to do to keep them and any suggestions on stopping this happening in the future

have you tried running a virus/adware/etc scanne

try AVG free

since when has this been happening?
