Also says free upgrade to Vista, is that anygood? (think it's a new operating system from MS isn't it? sorry I don't have a clue with pc's   I basically use the system for internet/storing pictures for my website etc, don't play games and if I did it would only be Championship manager so not exactly 3D graphics based. Just want a decent system with a big harddrive that'll be good for the next 2-3 years. Any advice would be

Both seem decent, just depends on what you want to spend. Never had any experience with MESH so cant comment on that.
Personally I would wait until Vista is released unless you need it asap? Not sure when you say need something quick you mean processor wise or time wise
