anyone have any idea how much it would cost to get a replacement 42" plasma screen fitted. Mates screen has burnt (dont know how just screen burn). wants to know how much it would probably cost to repair / replace. any recommended places?

he'll need to get the whole unit replaced as you can't replace/fix the actual screen easily. Saying that, if he has screen-burn i'm bloody suprised, unless he leaves it on all the time (or it's a very old model of plasma).

edit - and a tip, never leave it on, especially on a channel that uses corner logos.

Tell him to buy a Panny PX60 42" plasma, on sale at Currys.
