my old fan belt was squealing like mad all time so got it changed bout a month ago. however last nite it squealed a bit not much but it pissed me off as i got a new one on. do i need to change it again?? cud it jus need adjusting if you can do that as its new.

Could likely need adjusting mate, mine does the same but my tensioner is siezed

I got a new water pump fitted and I beleive the fan belt it attached to it.
Anyway its screeming the place down and it a new belt as well.
I think i will be going back to get it tightened soon.
the neighbours will be going nuts.
