I was thinking of getting a 4-2-1 manifold for my car. i was thinking of a janspeed one because i've herd you can still use the EGR system. where could i get one from or are there any other recommendations?

Depends on budget. Janspeed are very good, and cheap.
EGR has nothing to do with a exhaust manifold.
Look on Ebay.

would prefer not to use ebay mate. would i be right in saying id have to remove the SAI system? (hope thats right *awaits grilling*)

You have to remove the SAI, yes. But it's easy, and not needed anyway. Google janspeed, I can't remember their webstite address.

Not with a Janspeed you don't. They have the routing in the flange for the SAI.

got it from ebay for £120 delivered...

Not with a Janspeed you don't. They have the routing in the flange for the SAI.

thin - badly welded stainless has problems.
