Some people mention using a grinder, seems a bit extreme?
Other people mentions a scraper. This sounds like a more suited tool for the job?
Whats the best plan of attack? Spray with GUNK type stuff & then attack with scraper?
Any tips?

It looked a total mess & was annoying me
Saw the pics of Bendys car with it all painted up & thought it looked rather good. Even if its just going to get sealed over again
I've been using a scraper & some gunk. Works OK ish but its not flat to its tricky getting the scraper in
Got an angle grinder somewhere, just need to get a wire brush attatchment then?

yes, i cant belive you used a scraper and gunk though, no wonder its been slow, gunk is a degreaser and not a solvent to remove stuff like the stone chip

gunk will only get you to this stage, to remove it wirebrush will take minutes

I did wonder about the gunk stuff
Cleans it all up well though & got rid of the dirt inside the arch

circular. Brush one is ok for cleaning up loose rust/paint etc.

Bushy brushy sounds cooler though?
