Found this on another website that i use  Do you think in time there will be a way to get live back 
**Re-flashed recently with new code to avoid that. There was a minor minor discrepancy in the code which highlighted to microsoft (after downloading the updates) who had flashed. New flash code ammends that**

bans the serial number of the machine
afaik there is no way of changing that via flashing as its hard-coded into the bios...

get a torch point it at the 360 then turn the torch on and off quickly..... on a serious note have a look on google.

to be honest, i reckon it wont be long before people work a way out to just flash a new serial onto an eprom chip to piggy-back the bios...
