Silly question really.... 
You cant put cams in yourself can you,
Is it engine out / stripped / old cams out / time it all back up / uprated cams in etc etc
or is there even more work....?

Engine doesn't need to come out.
Cambelt off.
Rocker Cover off.
Cams Out.
Cams In.
Belt on.
Thats about it. Apart from if their lairy cams then your best off getting verniers and getting them set up.
