i remember hearing something about adjusting the linkage?

pretty much ive had a gearbox fitted after my old one went but this one the gears seem to be a bit loose if that makes sense, is there a way to change this?

also i seem to have to give it a fair few revs to pull off in first at the minute, is this due to a new clutch? or will it need adjusting aswell?
