What sensors are in any way connected to the fan?
I've so far changed:
The radiator
The fan
The fan switch
and the connector that goes into fan switch
but my fan still refuses to come on

fan buggered? i would try another one mate or im sure there is a way of putting a live to the fan to see if it works

i know that uve said uve changed the fan, but have you tried wiring it straight onto the battey and see if it works then?
Used a multimeter to see if there is a voltage across the wiring/switch?

carnuts he has changed the fan its in his top post.
Hamish from what i can remember it works if you hook it direct to battery but not if you bridge it at the switch.

ok so that would imply that the fan is fine and the problem is further back.
What about the water temp switch that regulates when the fan actually comes on. He hasnt mentioned that?

Yes hamish the fan is fine as wired it direct to the battery  And also put in a new fan that came from a mate's car that I know works!
Which relay is this?!

Look on the fusebox cover greggmundo. May have a symbol on there.
