having a few problems as only had it for a few days now.
i cant register online as i need to update the system to version 2.10 but when installing it takes ages and gives up on 30% saying unable to connect to server?
whats the reason for this do you think?
secondly struggling to install bd remote for dvd's ect.
i go to the update menu and it says to push and hold start and enter buttons on the device untill the screen changes. must of done it 5 times for upto 5 minutes and dosnt do anything?
any suggestions on both would be appriciated. many thanks

The update does take bloody ages!
How is yours connected to the internet? That might be the reason it crashes at 30%.

just into a port on a netgear router which is what i use for my pc, didnt think there would be a problem there well confused with the whole thing as not the most computer literate person in the world

mine stopped after 10% or something, it usually downloads it fine
