I have a x16xe with a replica inlet, which uses a cav 1.7td intake pipe. I have attated my viper to the end of it but was wondering where would the best place be to position the cold air feed.
Used to have it just peeking underneath the splitter but its a bit close to the ground as im lowering the car more in a couple of weeks!!

Exactly the same problem as me mate. Keep hitting the ground and sucking plastic bags up etc.
Any pics of viper cold air feed positions???

upper grill or lower grill, i would say upper so it doesn't suck up water through puddles

I wanted mine in the grille, but they come with quite a large cold air feed so it wont fit through!
