I'd say 110 bhp. Wait for Robin to post. He had one and done some mods to it.

Same spec as mine, but I had a chip.
I made 116bhp and 96lb/ft
I'd say you'll make 110bhp on that spec.

think ill get it rolling roaded soon to find the actuall bhp figures.
first though i need to put a cold air feed on for the viper to stop the heat getting sucked in.
what would your advice be for the next mods??

it increases compression, so you get more power but higher chance of pre-ignition, so higher octane fuel will be needed to be safe, but it all depends how high the compression is.

on a standard 14xe you are looking at 300psi compresion, well thats what mines running but i did see when i changed the cam belt that the inlet cam said 16xe on it .... So don't know if its had head work before.

newman cams and Dblias pulleys.

JAM-sport or Vsport can sort you out with the cams you need.

Dbilas verniers are the only ones which allow you to retain the standard management, all the others don't have the cam position sensor lugs on them, we can get Piper ones too though, if you want to upgrade to proper management.

what are the benifits or getting proper management like omex and what are the costs??
ill probably just end up getting cams and Dblias pulleys for the minute though but proper management is worth a thought

for your budget and use of car not much point, unless your running run on throttle bodies and have £2k plus to spend
get a inlet manifold, mantzel or dbilas, matching ECU software with raised rev limit, but to rev safley get atp con-rod bolts and sbd metal rollers
4-2-1 manifold isnt realy nessary, unless your after thoes last 2bhp's
decat, and a catback system
264 cams
and the thing everyone forgets, lightened flywheel and a lower fd in the gearbox, make a difference even though dont add bhp

well im not going down the throttle body route as yet, maybe for the future but not at the moment.
ive got a lexmaul inlet manifold already on it so thats sorted, ive got the janpspeed manifold, decat straight through on it aswell so thats a good start.
wheres the best place to get atp con-rod bolts and sbd metal rollers???
and where and what do i need for raised rev limit??
wouldnt it be better to get the cams, pulleys and ported and polished head with atp con-rod bolts and sbd metal rollers before i get it remaped with raised rev limit surely for better results???
