got 3 red lights thing the other night, it says on the website turn around is 2-3 weeks, is that accurate?

A friend of mine had 3 red lights, rang up customer services and they told her to shake it  It did work after that mind!

Well i sent if off last weds and its returned today! well chuffed with that, they also included 1 months free xbox live membership

The g/f just plucked up the courage to tell me that 'she turned on the 360 today to put a dvd on and 3 red lights started flashing'

They come witha years warranty as, but if you get 3 red lights thats on a special thing thats upto 3 years from purchase.
