Take connector plug off and stick a paperclip between the 2 pins.

The fan should spin.

yeah well the fan switch is connected to the back of the fan with two wires going in it

The fan switch is screwed into the bottom of the radiator

No it isnt It is at the bottom off the radiator on the drivers side
