if you typed it like this in lower case then highlighted and changed to caps you can change back, in what program though?

BUT IF YOU TYPED LIKE THIS IN CAPS TO START YOU CANT DOWNGRADE TO LOWERCASE

If you are using Word, Select the quote, right click, select font and choose lower caps.
