Is there any differences between the 2 apart from the hard drive obviously? I can't see me needing the 80gb and its £50 more?

When I bought mine there was a 40gb and 60gb - the 60gb was backwards compatible so I went for that.
Think they dropped that so I'd say go for 40gb unless you'll download loads of demos and stuff (I don't and barely used any of it).
