if i leave my car sitting for a day i have to crack my rear drums

why would this happen so quickly?

Its just the time off year and the damp weather also if your only doing short journeys then they wont clean up proper,also could be that your putting your handbrake on to tight

Na its nothing serious you could take the drums off and give them and the shoes a good rub down and clean up or if the shoes are low replace them

or it could be a wheel cylinder leaking and the shoes are contaminated in brake fluid its worth getting them checked to be on the safe side even if thay just need cleaning and adjusting u know there ok then

If a wheel cylinder was leaking you would have next to no braking.
