change of plan can i fit the x18xe or x18xe1 bottom end to the rest of my engine?? will the gearbox and mounts fit??

Speak to Jam Sport. I think they'll be able to steer you in the right direction.

Why do you want it to be a 1.7? What other mods have you done/got planned?

a read that but didnt give me an answer still, some people are saying you can and some people are saying you cant??

all i know is the x18xe1 and z18xe are both small block engines

the x18xe is a big block, so for starters the x18xe would be no good

no idea about x18xe1 bottom end on x16xe but it's something i wouldn't mind knowing.

You cant I can get pics of both heads to show you tom.

They do bolt together but nothing will line up.

So I going to be putting the X18XE1 internals in a C16XE when I have money for the machine work
