We have seen a lovely stone cottage right by me to rent

LINK TO HOUSE

Today went for a 2nd viewing to make sure our stuff fitted etc and while parked up this large built guy come out the back looking pissed off so i moved round the side, and he went out. When the estate agent came she parked on a road/drive that goes round the back of the house (where i was originally)

When we came out the guy round the back had come back and parked in front of her so she could not get out. But there is grass either side level with this, surely most normal people would just drive round??

Just thinking if we have freinds round and they park there, is he gonna start going mental etc

Estate agent said it ok to park there aswell?

Would you go for it?

Go for it, at least if it becomes a hassle then you dont have the worry of selling and fees etc.

Whats the contract term?

Dont see why not, if its only a 6 month minimum term that isnt too bad, the last 10 months of our contract have flown past

I bet if you speak to him asking where is best to park you won't have any problems.

Probably just pissed off today and doesn't want to ruin the grass?
