just fitted gmax 50mm springs to my 1.4 sport, springs only on standard shocks and it bounces like a nodding churchill dog over every bump? i'v fitted springs alone to previous corsa's and none have been as bad as this its pretty much to dangerous to drive, i'm going to fit uprated dampers asap but will this help?

yeh uprated shocks will solve it cos the piston on the uprated shock is shorter than the standard one

It's because of the combination of Gmax springs and standard shocks. Gmax aren't brilliant for comfort, and standard shocks aren't designed to be lowered so you need to get aftermarket shortened ones, loads of companies do them and they don't cost a lot.
