Is is 'Glow Plug' related and whats it called, the one next to the coolant temp sensor(the shiny one which i have replaced already) as i think i need a new one

My glow/heater plugs seem to be constantly on, thus draining the battery, tried a new CTS and relays, no luck.

In this pic the sensor is located under the second black pipe to the right of the head.
